Small peak at what I’ve been up to
Here is the master bedroom. One day I’ll get drapes hung. One thing at a time. Anyway, the cabinet between the windows was previously sitting unused in the guest room. I put the cabinet in here and found some great storage bins (Itso from Target- part of their dorm room collection stuff). These bins now hold all of my socks, lingerie, hats, scarves, etc. The frosted glass lets the colors of the bins show through which match the room perfectly and the solid canvas hides all of the clutter. .Tara

July 9th, 2008 I had a client the other day who said “sorting through socks was almost as bad as sorting through paper”.  What she didn’t like was going through her drawer of socks and having to match up every sock to its mate.  You know the story.  You match up sock after sock and you end up with 10 extra socks that don’t have a match.  So then what do you do with all those socks that don’t have a match?  Certainly they will turn up.  So you stuff the socks in the dra

Vacation Week #2
My Mark had to return to work yesterday, but my self-imposed vacation continues this week. Although Mark is taking Friday, Saturday and Sunday off for this coming weekend; so we’ll jump back into the fun for the long weekend. Until then, I am working on organizing and cleaning the house. I did my bedroom closet yesterday. It was a pitiful mess, and so I pulled everything out, sorted, folded, hung and organized the whole thing. I also got all the laundry done. I feel much better now.
